Okay for those of you that change your grips on a regular basis do you have any tips that get the old tape off easy? I started changing my grips on my own about two years ago and I have always hated removing that old tape. I have thought about soaking the clubs in solvent after I removed the grips, but shyed away from that.

So any suggestions?

Heat gun.
Knife and Peel.
Then clean up with a rag soaked in rubbing alcohol to remove the excess stickiness.

MulliganAgain is right. Rubbing alcohol works great. Ive found a box cutter works well to help scrape once the alcohol has set in.
