Having back issues and having had a Spinal fusion surgery I understand what Tiger is feeling. I was watching Morning Drive and they had a spine expert on. He was talking about the different spinal issues. Herniated Discs, Bulding Discs. And said Tiger could miss the Masters. And if he needs a fusion surgery may not play again. I know that is most likely the most extreme circumstance. But having Titanium Rods and Screws inserted in your back can lead to limitations. My issue was in the center of my spine. His is his lower back. So your lower back plays more of a role in a golf swing. It might be a struggle for him. Maybe at the least be out a year. Even though I am not a fan of Tiger. I wish him the best and for a quick recovery. Golf won't be the same without him.

Agree. Any golf tournament is more exciting with Tiger, regardless if you're a Tiger fan or not.
Hope he can play in the Masters.

I am not the biggest fan of Tiger either, but I do like to see all the best golfers in the world in the big tournaments. I’ve been having an argument with my one uncle about this since Tiger withdrew from the Honda Classic. My stance is he needs to take a rest for a while to see if that will help his back at all instead of playing and reinjuring it every week. His argument is that he needs to keep playing or else his game won’t be up to snuff for the Masters. Well if his back is so jacked up that he can’t swing a club, how is that any better than being a little rusty? Why not just rest and hope that you don’t do any further damage?

I am a Tiger Fan. Love to see him play and do well. I don't dislike any golfer but like to see the best, play against the best when they are at their best. Like many of have said, back issues are no joke. Hopefully, it is muscular and some rest and treatment will fix things up.
