There has been a ton of hype with the brand and irons in the off season with the signing of plenty of good talent. With $900 drivers and $5000 irons at their disposable don't you think "The worlds finest clubs" would have put a win in the tracker column by now? As of today, they have 3 Top 5's on the the PGA tour this year. I would have expected a little more from their players. Anyways, whats your opinion?

Eh, still a little early to tell in my opinion. Im not a big fan of judging clubs on wins, considering players are winning using clubs that are 8+ years old. Their line up is pretty good, but outside of Zach Johnson, the rest of the line up havent been steady winners even with other brands. Billy Horschel kind of fell off after winning the Fed Ex Cup, well before he signed with PXG. Same with Kirk. All kind of why i think PXG's pitch is sort of ridiculous.

I agree with this take on em. Still too early to tell if they are going to be a dud on tour, but I think it is a little surprising they only have 3 top 5s. I think maybe this brand was a little over hyped and its expectations are a bit too high.

Yep still early. I am one of the opinion that ant pro can use any club because the manufacturer will build it to the players specs. With that said, I think the PXG stable is going to start creeping up leaderboards this summer.

My personal opinion is that I hope PXG flops! Golf has enough people with an elitist attitude and pricing clubs this high only adds to it.

Doing better than Mizuno......and I don't think anybody would say Mizuno clubs are crap....... but I am of the mindset that PXG was more hype than substance. Time will tell.
