Hey 'd!

I know alot of you have some great style when it comes to your liking of particular golf clothes, brands and particularly colors. I see alot of Love for Pink on this forum which makes me wonder...

haha.

All jokes aside, I'm wondering thoughts on a particular brand that I've ALWAYS overlooked! Oakley is of course the dominent sourcer of all things in the Athletic / Sport Performance Eyewear BUT they also are the company that outfits Rory week after week with their Oakley Golf Collection! I've always been a fan of the understated-ness of Rory's attire with flashes of "Loud" or very sharp mixes of color and patterns (i.e. his plaid pants). Also, it looks like SO many of the caddies on the Tour are rocking the Oakley Shorts every week-

With that said, are you like me when it comes to Oakley aside from their top shelf ability of making the greatest eyewear OR has the Oakley Golf Collection been in your closet and draped over your hips and shoulders for a bit now? Do you like the looks and style of what you've seen or maybe you simply haven't seen any of it or paid attention?

I'm particularly curious about this as I've NEVER really realized that they have a line for Golf attire and footwear.

.... Everyone can chime in here with an opinion or "Take" on this and I look forward to stirring up a bit of talk about this seemingly "hidden" collection.

Cheers Nation!!!!

(In honor of Oakley's domination in Sun glasses)

I've not noticed them, most of my clothing choses are based on price and style, and size available, not really brand.

Their shorts are awesome. I haven't bought a short yet, I don't like the logo under buttons and not a ton without it.

I would like their stand bag too.

Either way you slice it, you are over paying for the logo.

Like it though!

Love the eyewear and some of the clothing. Footwear never been that fond of. I guess Ricky Barnes makes me overlook some of the clothing but Rory always looks great. I think its Ricky wearing colored gloves that never go with what he is wearing or the painters hat.... which I dislike too.

It's good, quality stuff. Have a couple pair of Oakley shorts and shirts and they look sharp. I would put it in the same category as Under Armor and Adidas for performance. Haven't tried the shoes yet.

I have prescription Half Jackets that are awesome on the Golf course. I like the looks of the clothing line but the last Golf Galaxy catalog had a Travis Matthew shirt and short "ensemble" that I will soon be wearing

When I first went there I tried really hard to not like the store so I could continue to justify shopping at the local pro-shops(which I still do and enjoy)but they are so knowledgeable and the selection is amazing. I've gotten to know the pro pretty well and he 's always got time for questions and to watch me bash balls on the simulator.

when I lived in Hawaii, I used to play Turtle Bay for $63 and a replay was $25. I could give you other numbers for the other courses, but you might throw me off the site.....

Getting a Hawaii driver license was what every golfer did within the first week of moving there.
